May 2025 is the 50th year of Batesville’s annual celebration of our vibrant community in the glorious foothills of the Blue Ridge – including the famous 10K race, the biggest little parade in the Commonwealth, yoga in the field, a cake walk, Maypole dancing, a plant exchange, bake sales, games and free books for the kids, a Talking Batesville History tent – plus music by the Henley Middle School Marching Band, Bluzonia, and Monsters Under the Bed.
